Citizens Online Police Property Auctions (COPPA) is designed to provide our citizens with the ability to bid on property that has been authorized for disposal. Citizens can log onto to Pontiac Surplus and register to bid on not only items from Waterford Township but other municipalities in Michigan. Citizens can place bids on selected items from their home computer, office computer, laptop or tablet, etc.
This project was developed through a partnership between our citizens, businesses, Pontiac Surplus and the Waterford Police Department.
