The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
To make a request to inspect or receive copies of public records under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), please submit a request in writing using one of the following forms and return as specified below. In order to ensure timely and accurate retrieval of the records you wish to obtain, please be as specific as possible with regard to the documents you wish to review/obtain.
In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, the Charter Township of Waterford's FOIA Procedures and Guidelines and a written public summary of these procedures and guidelines shall be available without charge at the Township Clerk's office on the 2nd floor of Township Hall 5200 Civic Center Dr. Waterford, MI 48329, and shall be maintained on the Township's website at www.waterfordmi.gov.
