Thanks again to more than 100 volunteers from the community and Waterford School District who participated in the 2017 Earth Day Township Cleanup Event on Saturday, April 22! Together, you removed 71 cubic yards of unsightly and potentially dangerous debris from Waterford roadways and Hess-Hathaway Park.

Thank you to our important donors who also make it possible to keep costs to a bare minimum. Smith's Disposal & Recycling donated dumpsters again this year. Sam's Club (Novi, MI) and Tenuta's Food Lane donated water to keep our volunteers hydrated out in the field.

On Earth Day Cleanup 2016, more than 60 volunteers collected 38 cubic yards of litter from Waterford's roadsides helping to keep Waterford beautiful and preventing these items from entering our waterways.
