At a regularly scheduled public meeting of the Waterford Township Board of Trustees on May 14, 2018, a revised resolution was presented to the Board for adoption. Revisions were based on updated taxable value figures received after the original resolution was adopted. The revised resolution may be viewed online.

Town Hall Meeting - July 26, 2018
An opportunity for the community to learn about a ballot proposal on the August 7, 2018 State Primary Election ballot seeking approval of a Public Safety Special Assessment District.
Fire Chief John H. Lyman and Police Chief Scott Underwood made a presentation and address citizen questions.
Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 7:00pm in the Town Hall Auditorium 5200 Civic Center Dr.

Election Results
The ballot proposal for Waterford to raise money by Special Assessment levies of up to 2.95 mills on all real property in the Township that is not exempt from property taxes for a period of 12 years to equip, maintain, and operate the Township Police and Fire Departments was successful by a majority vote on August 7, 2018.
