About the Facility

The Jerry Davies Warming House is located at 5050 Civic Center Drive, next to the 51st District Court. The facility holds up to 40 people and is perfect for small showers, birthday parties etc.

Make a Reservation

Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance. The damage deposit is refunded as long as there is no damage to the building, garbage is thrown away. Reservations can be made starting from the first business day of January for the entire calendar year. 

Cancellation Policy

Full notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the rental date. All fees and charges for the rental of rooms, shelters, facilities and park areas are refundable minus a $20 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be granted with less than 30 days remaining prior to the rental date, with exception of damage deposit. No refunds are issued based on inclement weather, acts of God, strikes or other conditions beyond our control, with exception of damage deposit. If paid with cash or check, a refund check will be mailed to you within 3-4 weeks for your damage deposit. If paid with credit card, damage deposit will be credited back to the same card.

Rental & Damage Deposit Fees

• $95 Rental Fee for 6 hours, Monday - Thursday
• $180 Rental Fee for 6 hours, Friday - Sunday
• $25 each additional hour
• $30 Non-Residents
• $75 Refundable Damage Deposit

Restrictions

No alcohol is allowed in or around the facility.
