Rental & Damage Deposit Fees

• $400 Rental Fee for 6 hours
• $50 each additional hour
• Non-residents add $30
• $200 Refundable Damage Deposit Fee

Note:

Event must end by midnight. To secure your rental date you must pay the rental fee along with the damage deposit and non-resident fee (if required). All rentals must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance to secure your date.  Cancellation Policy

Full notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the rental date. All fees and charges for the rental of rooms, shelters, facilities and park areas are refundable minus a $20 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be granted with less than 30 days remaining prior to the rental date, with exception of damage deposit. No refunds are issued based on inclement weather, acts of God, strikes or other conditions beyond our control, with exception of damage deposit. If paid with cash or check, a refund check will be mailed to you within 3-4 weeks for your damage deposit. If paid with credit card, damage deposit will be credited back to the same card.
