What is a waivable ticket?
The Traffic Division will enter an admission of responsibility and waive all fines and costs if the defendant shows proof that a law enforcement officer signed off on the violation before the appearance date. An appearance in front of the judge or magistrate is not required. To find out what offenses may be waived, view the Waivable Offenses List (PDF).
