GOLDEN AGE GAMES

June 8-17

This Olympic Spirited activity is for the 50+ crowd. Includes Basketball, Bocce Ball, Bowling, Baking, Shuffleboard, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Bunco, Golf, Horseshoes, Crafts, Pickle Ball, and Photography.
Registration: Now through June 1, $10 late fee will be applied to registrations dated after June 1.
LOCATION: Recreation Center
COST: $15 unlimited events for members/$25 unlimited events for non-members

BOATER SAFETY

Instructor: Chuck Comstock
Open to persons of all ages. This DNR Course is designed to teach you how to be a safe and responsible boater. Covering basic fundamentals: boat maintenance, personal watercraft and boat operation, legal requirements of boating, personal preparedness, and survival skills. After passing the required test, those 12 years and older are given Boating Safety Certificate Cards. Persons born after 12/31/78 are required by law to have this card in their possession while operating a personal watercraft on State of Michigan waterways. Pre-registration is required! No refunds!

ORV SAFETY

Instructor: Chuck Comstock
Open to persons of all ages, but is required for students under 16 years of age who wish to operate an ORV (ATV, motorcycle or related 2-wheel, 3-wheel or 4-wheel vehicle). To earn your DNR ORV Safety Certificate Card, students must attend 7 hours of instruction and pass a written exam. Students 10 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is required. No refunds!
