Waterford Township develops a Consolidated Plan every 5 years to determine housing, community development, and public service priorities for our community. 

Please click the link and complete the short survey to help define Waterford Township’s community development needs to help prepare the Township’s next 5-Year Consolidated Plan which is used to guide how the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds received by the Township from 2022 through 2027 are invested.
