Waterford Township DPW will perform Fall hydrant flushing September 5 through mid-October. Flushing is done between 6 & 10pm, Monday through Thursday. Hydrant flushing begins in the North end of the Township and crews work their way South.
Customers may see brown water coming from their faucets and/or in their toilets. Flush it by running cold water in the bathtub or laundry tub until it runs clear.
