7/12/23 update:
As part of the 2023 Oakland County Health Division (OCHD) Beach Monitoring Program, the following beach remains closed:
Lakeland Estates Beach on Eagle Lake in Waterford due to elevated E. coli levels: 169 M.P.N./100 ml daily geometric mean, 267 M.P.N./100 ml 30-day geometric mean
These results are above the allowable limit for 30-day sampling. The allowable limit for daily sampling is 300 MPN/100 ml. The allowable limit for 30-day sampling is 130 MPN/100 ml.
Additional samples are being collected today. Results will be available tomorrow.
