Community Channels Now Seen On Comcast, U-verse and Web
Waterford's 3 community channels can be seen on Comcast, AT&T U-verse and the web. Residents who subscribe to either Comcast or AT&T will be able to receive Public Access Channel 10, Municipal Channel 20 and School Channel 22.
In addition, the 3 channels are streaming live to the web.
Internet & Cable Providers
AT&T and Comcast are the only cable television in Waterford. Waterford Township holds no regulatory authority over Internet services as the service falls under the jurisdiction of the FCC. Additionally, all satellite television and phone services fall under the FCC.
Waterford Township does not accept or facilitate payments for cable bills. Residents must pay their cable bills by mail, via phone, or in person. Residents may pay their cable bills at Kroger or Meijer using cash only (must present cable bill at time of payment).
If you have an unresolved complaint regarding your cable television service please call Gary Allison, Cable Coordinator, at 248-674-6242 or use the Contact Us form. The Waterford Cable Department is a government office and is no way affiliated with Comcast or AT&T.
