2. Graffiti Reporting Form

   Waterford Township would appreciate the public's assistance in helping us identify and address graffiti in the community by using this form to make a report when graffiti is found.

   Please do not enter private property to take photos. Only graffiti that can be seen from public areas such as parks, roadways, and sidewalks should be photographed and submitted.

4. Please provide the address (or nearest cross streets) with a description of the structure on which graffiti has been placed
6. Please provide a brief description of graffiti ie: colors, words, images
8. Upload a photo of the graffiti
